How do I place an order?
Visit JRC Store, select the product you want, click “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now,” and complete your payment in our secure checkout.

Do you have a physical store?
No, JRC Store operates exclusively online.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries, including the U.S., Spain, and Latin America. Available shipping options will appear during checkout based on your address.

How long does delivery take?
Processing time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days, depending on your location and carrier.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Shop Pay. On some devices, you can also pay using Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Can I pay on delivery?
Currently, no. All payments must be made online through our secure payment methods.

Can I change my order or address?
We can modify or cancel an order only before it has been processed.
If you need to update your address or items, contact us immediately through JRC Store support. Once shipped, no changes can be made.

Can I add more items to an existing order?
For operational reasons, we cannot add items to orders already placed. Please place a new order for additional products.

Where do the products come from?
We work with fulfillment centers in multiple regions (U.S., Europe, and Asia). Orders are shipped from the most efficient warehouse based on your location and product availability.

I only received part of my order. Is that normal?
Yes, it can happen. If your order includes products from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

What is your return policy?
You have 7 days after delivery to return an item for any reason and 30 days for manufacturing defects. Items must be unused and in original packaging. After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

What if my order is delayed?
Check your order status using the tracking number provided. If your package exceeds the estimated delivery time (5–12 business days), contact us, and we will follow up with the carrier.
