Refund Policy
At JRC Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or refund according to the conditions below.
Timeframes

Unsatisfied with the product: within 7 days of receipt.

Manufacturing defect: within 30 days of receipt.
For visible damage (broken glass, missing parts, scratches, etc.), you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or a video of the product and its packaging. After this period, the damage will be considered due to misuse.
Return Conditions
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and components.
Returns will not be accepted if the item has been modified or altered (e.g., removing links from a bracelet).
Once the returned item is received and quality inspection is approved, the customer may choose to:

Exchange it for another available product, or

Receive a refund of the product’s value.
Shipping costs are non-refundable if the delivered product matches the order and is in good condition.
Warranty
All products come with a 30-day warranty from the delivery date.
To activate the warranty, the customer must provide a short video (up to 1 minute) or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and visible label.
Warranty Does Not Cover

Aesthetic damage after purchase (broken screen, scratches, dents).

Damage caused by liquids or humidity.

Unauthorized repair attempts or alterations.

Improper use of accessories.

Normal wear and tear (scratches, oxidation, battery reduction, loss of shine, etc.).

Unrecommended resistance tests (impacts, water exposure, excessive pressure).
